About Garrett Collier

Born and raised in Hot Springs and proud graduate of Hot Springs High School, Garrett Collier is running for City Director for District 5 to strengthen communication between our city and county, improve public safety, and ensure transparency and communication in local government.

With a Masters in Public Administration and experience in the City's Planning Commission, Board of Zoning and Adjustments, and now Art Advisory Committee, Garrett has seen firsthand how collaboration and thoughtful leadership can move our community forward.

His campaign focuses on practical solutions for Hot Springs — not politics — centered on transparency, accountability, and putting people first.
