About Garrett Collier
Born and raised in Hot Springs and a fourth-generation Hot Springs High School graduate, Garrett Collier is running for District 5 City Director to strengthen communication, improve city-county collaboration, and make local government more open and accessible.
Garrett earned his B.A. in Computer Science from Hendrix College and his Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California. His background in software development, public administration, and problem-solving gives him a practical perspective on the challenges facing Hot Springs.
Garrett has served on the Hot Springs Planning Commission and Board of Zoning and Adjustments, and currently serves on the Arts Advisory Committee. He also built OpenHotSprings.com to make local meetings, updates, and public information easier for residents to find and follow.
His campaign focuses on practical solutions for Hot Springs — not politics — centered on transparency, accountability, and putting people first.
